The sunny south facing sitting room overlooks the front garden and the centre of the village.  There is a log burning stove which runs on gas (not logs), a Freeview Play Internet connected TV with access to BBC iPlayer, etc., a DVD player, a telephone and a wireless broadband hub.

The sunny south facing dining room also overlooks the front garden and the centre of the village.  There is a large dining table that easily seats eight people.

The kitchen overlooks the small rear garden.  It is equipped with two fridge, dishwasher, gas cooker, microwave oven, four slice toaster, food processor, DAB radio and ample crockery, cutlery and utensils.  There is also a breakfast table that seats four.  There is a freezer in another room.

At the rear of the house there is a toilet/boot room for walking coats, boots and golf trolleys. This is accessed via the ‘back house’ which contains a freezer, washing machine, iron, ironing board and sink.  Outside in the rear garden there is a washing line and an additional washing rail to hose down wet suits.
